In addition to the base charter fee, clients should budget for APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) — typically 30–35% of the charter fee — which covers fuel, food, beverages, marina fees, and crew gratuities. There are no hidden fees, and our broker commission is paid by the vessel owner — not the charterer.
